These terms apply to use of the GrillTech LLC ("GrillTech") website, booking forms, chat dispatcher, and online content. Service is provided only after GrillTech accepts the request and the customer approves the applicable authorization, contract, estimate, statement of work, or invoice terms.

Pricing And Availability

Published prices are starting prices or typical ranges unless stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on appliance type, size, condition, access, parts, labor, travel, documentation needs, and whether licensed trades or permits are required.

Online Dispatcher

The website dispatcher is an intake tool only. Messages from the dispatcher do not confirm an appointment, price, scope of work, safety condition, repair feasibility, part availability, or emergency response. Tyler must review and approve the request before anything is considered scheduled or accepted.

Regulated Work

GrillTech performs equipment/appliance service and may coordinate licensed parties when needed. Utility-side or building-system work, including gas piping, fixed electrical wiring, plumbing, permits, construction tie-ins, or building-code work, is handled by properly licensed parties when needed.

Commercial Food-Service Sites

Restaurants, corporate kitchens, commissaries, venues, schools, healthcare facilities, clubs, and similar sites may require site-specific approvals, shutdown windows, certificates of insurance, and written scopes of work for indoor or outdoor commercial equipment. Customers remain responsible for food safety, sanitation, food quality, inventory management, product condition, product loss or waste, menu operations, guest communication, and business operations.

No Emergency Service

The website and booking form are not for emergencies. If there is gas odor, fire, carbon monoxide alarm, injury risk, or immediate danger, shut off equipment if safe to do so, leave the area if appropriate, and contact emergency services, the utility company, or a licensed emergency provider.

Brand Names & Trademarks

Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a brand does not imply authorization, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated in writing.

Reviews And Testimonials

Reviews and testimonials should reflect honest customer experiences. GrillTech does not require a positive review as a condition of service and will not publish customer testimonials without permission where required.
