Website Terms
Effective date: June 30, 2026.
These Website Terms of Use apply to the GrillTech LLC website, service request forms, chat or automated intake tools, online content, and linked public pages. In these terms, "GrillTech," "we," "our," or "us" means GrillTech LLC.
Informational Website Only
Website content is provided for general business information. It does not create a service contract, warranty, emergency-response obligation, professional trade relationship, code inspection, safety certification, or promise that any specific work can be performed. Service is provided only after GrillTech accepts the request and the customer confirms the applicable Service Order or approves the applicable estimate, authorization, statement of work, invoice terms, or other customer contract. A separate signed authorization is not required for unchanged routine fixed-price service when the Service Order records the booked scope and price and customer acceptance is saved with it.
Service Requests And Online Intake
Online forms, chat messages, messages through Google, Meta, email, voicemail, and text messages are intake tools only. They help GrillTech review a possible request. They do not confirm an appointment, final price, repair feasibility, parts availability, safety status, licensed-work status, or response time. GrillTech or an authorized representative must review and accept the request before anything is considered scheduled.
Pricing And Availability
Published prices are starting prices, launch prices, or typical ranges unless expressly stated otherwise. Final scope and price depend on equipment type, size, age, condition, access, soil level, corrosion, parts availability, travel, parking, tolls, documentation needs, scheduling, weather, and whether a licensed trade or permit is required. Eligible charcoal and kamado grills may use existing grill service tiers after review. Pizza ovens, wood-fired ovens, built-ins, and complex solid-fuel equipment are equipment-side review/quote-based after photos, model, access, and site conditions. GrillTech may decline a request or recommend replacement when repair or cleaning is not economical.
Payment And Scheduling
Website forms and chat do not collect payment. Do not submit full payment-card numbers or CVV through website forms, chat, email, text, voicemail, or other non-processor channels. Unless GrillTech approves written account terms, GrillTech may require a card on file through an approved payment processor before a Service Order is scheduled or dispatched. Card setup and payments should occur through a secure processor workflow such as a Square-hosted card-on-file link, Square payment link, or secure processor phone-entry while the customer is on the phone. GrillTech may use disclosed diagnostic fees, dispatch/service minimums, no-access fees, approved not-to-exceed amounts, or other approved minimum charges only under approved customer disclosures and processor workflows.
Approved commercial, property, or recurring accounts may receive written invoice terms such as Net 30, Net 45, or Net 60 only after account approval. Account terms are not automatic.
Regulated Work And Licensing Boundaries
GrillTech provides cleaning, diagnostics, maintenance, and accepted appliance-side service only within the scope GrillTech is legally authorized, trained, and insured to perform. GrillTech does not provide building gas piping, utility-side gas work, fixed electrical work, plumbing, construction, permitting, code clearance, chimney/flue work, fire-suppression work, or safety certification unless a separate written document identifies a properly licensed person or firm responsible for that work. If a regulated trade issue is observed, GrillTech may document the condition and recommend review by the appropriate licensed provider.
Service Concerns And Limited Warranty
For cleaning, tune-up, adjustment, and maintenance services, customers must report any service concern within 7 calendar days of service completion. If GrillTech determines the concern relates to GrillTech's workmanship within the approved scope, GrillTech may correct the issue at no additional labor charge.
Repair labor is covered by a 30-day limited workmanship warranty from service completion for the specific completed repair. Parts warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer or supplier. Warranty and service-concern limits are subject to the applicable service authorization, estimate, statement of work, invoice terms, and exclusions.
Commercial And Property Sites
Restaurants, corporate kitchens, commissaries, venues, schools, healthcare facilities, clubs, property managers, HOAs, and similar sites may require written scopes of work, site approvals, certificates of insurance, access windows, not-to-exceed authority, vendor onboarding, and separate contract terms. Customers remain responsible for food safety, sanitation, product condition, inventory, guest communication, downtime management, and business operations unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
No Emergency Service
The website and online forms are not for emergencies. If you smell gas, suspect an active leak, have a fire, carbon monoxide alarm, uncontrolled smoke, electrical hazard, injury risk, or other immediate danger, stop using the equipment if it is safe to do so, leave the area if appropriate, and contact emergency services, the utility company, or an appropriate licensed emergency provider. GrillTech may review a service request after the immediate safety issue is addressed.
Photos, Videos, And Customer Content
Customers may submit photos, videos, model numbers, serial numbers, descriptions, service history, and other information for review. By submitting information, the customer represents that they have authority to provide it to GrillTech. GrillTech may use submitted information for service review, estimates, service records, warranty records, internal quality control, insurer or legal support, and business administration. Public marketing use requires separate permission or removal of identifying details.
Brand Names & Trademarks
The GrillTech name, logo, site content, photos, forms, graphics, and business materials are owned by GrillTech or used with permission. Manufacturer names, logos, model names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a manufacturer, model, or product does not imply authorization, endorsement, affiliation, warranty coverage, or OEM status unless GrillTech expressly states that in writing and has proof.
Reviews And Testimonials
Reviews and testimonials should reflect honest customer experiences. GrillTech does not require a positive review as a condition of service, does not offer compensation for Google reviews, and does not approve fake reviews. GrillTech may ask customers for honest feedback and may respond publicly without revealing private service, billing, address, safety, or account details.
Third-Party Links And Platforms
The website may link to third-party tools such as Google, Meta/Facebook, payment processors, review platforms, maps, scheduling tools, or software providers. Those services are controlled by their own terms and privacy policies. GrillTech is not responsible for third-party platform decisions, outages, review filtering, ad approval, map ranking, payment-processing rules, or data practices.
No Website Warranty
The website and online content are provided as available. GrillTech does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or current at all times. Website content may be changed, corrected, limited, or removed at any time.
Limitation Of Liability For Website Use
To the fullest extent allowed by law, GrillTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business-interruption, food-loss, or downtime damages arising from website use, online intake, third-party platforms, or reliance on general website content. This website limitation does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not replace the terms of an executed customer contract.
Governing Law
These website terms are governed by Massachusetts law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules that would require another law. Any customer service agreement, commercial master agreement, vendor agreement, or signed statement of work may contain separate governing-law or dispute terms that control that specific transaction.
Changes
GrillTech may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the version date. Continued website use after a posted update means the updated terms apply to future website use.
