PROJECT COORDINATION

GrillTech can manage the service path for accepted appliance-side work, portable LP routine maintenance, performance observations, documentation, and coordination of licensed trades or landscape crews when a project expands into permanent piping, electrical circuits, permits, or buildout.

Why routine equipment service matters.

Planned care can improve readiness, surface wear sooner, and create clearer records across residential, shared-amenity, and commercial equipment.

Readiness First

Fuel-burning equipment deserves careful attention. Routine service can identify visible wear, weak ignition, grease buildup, and issues that need repair or licensed-provider review.

Better Efficiency

Clean burners and clear performance observations can support more even cooking and better routine operation.

Wear & Corrosion Awareness

Routine service can surface visible corrosion, worn components, and developing performance issues before they become harder to plan around.

Clear Records

Service notes, findings, photos as applicable, and follow-up recommendations make the next decision easier for owners and operators.

Frequently asked questions.

How often should I service my propane grill?
Most grills benefit from professional service once per year, ideally before peak grilling season. GrillTech also offers Spring Startup from $119, Fall Shutdown from $89, and GrillReady route-window plans starting at $189/year.
Do you service rentals, apartments, and venues?
Yes. We offer one-time service and recurring in-season maintenance for Airbnb hosts, short-term rentals, apartment common-area grills, condo associations, pool clubs, HOAs, and outdoor venues. Scheduled property service starts with a $79 site mobilization and a $249 scheduled-property minimum, with per-grill pricing by account size.
Do you work on more than gas grills?
Yes. In addition to propane and built-in grills, GrillTech services many outdoor cooking and flame appliances including charcoal grills, kamado grills, solid-fuel grills, smokers, flat-top griddles, residential/outdoor pizza ovens, outdoor kitchen equipment, gas fire pits, patio heaters, and similar equipment. Send a few photos and GrillTech can confirm fit before scheduling.
Do you service pizza ovens and solid-fuel equipment?
Yes. GrillTech can review residential/outdoor pizza ovens, commercial pizza ovens, charcoal grills, kamado grills, smokers, and other approved solid-fuel cooking equipment. Eligible charcoal and kamado grills may use existing grill service tiers after review; pizza ovens, wood-fired ovens, built-ins, and complex solid-fuel equipment are equipment-side quote-based after photos, model, access, and site-condition review.
Do you handle new installs or outdoor kitchen projects?
Yes. GrillTech supports outdoor kitchen appliance planning, setup support, performance observations, replacement review, and documentation when the scope is accepted. GrillTech can coordinate licensed plumbers, pipefitters, electricians, or landscape crews when a project expands into permanent piping, circuits, permits, or buildout.
Do you service restaurants and corporate kitchens?
Yes. GrillTech supports indoor and outdoor equipment for restaurants, QSR kitchens, corporate kitchens, commissaries, clubs, venues, schools, healthcare facilities, and similar commercial food-service sites. Core-zone commercial calls start at $264 plus parts, including dispatch and the first labor hour, with written scope and authorization before work proceeds.
What commercial equipment do you work on?
Hot-side cooking equipment and dish machines, including commercial pizza ovens, convection ovens, combi ovens, fryers, ranges, griddles, induction burners, clamshell grills, charbroilers, steamers, holding equipment, dish machines, and similar gas, electric, or solid-fuel commercial appliances. GrillTech brings commercial field experience and brand-specific training from prior service work. Warranty or authorized-service work is confirmed before quoting; GrillTech does not claim authorized agent status unless that status has been established for the specific brand and job.
How do you handle utility work?
GrillTech handles accepted appliance-side service and may coordinate licensed plumbers, pipefitters, electricians, or landscape crews when work expands into building gas piping, gas-supply connections, permanent piping, fixed electrical circuits, plumbing, permits, or construction support. Chimney or flue inspection, cleaning, repair, or certification; masonry work; refractory rebuilds; structural ventilation; permits; and code or safety certification are excluded from GrillTech's direct service scope.
Do you clean or repair chimneys, flues, or masonry ovens?
No. GrillTech may service accessible equipment-side pizza oven components such as burners, ignition, controls, doors, gaskets, thermostats, hardware, and replaceable parts when the scope is approved and within accepted service boundaries. Chimney or flue inspection, cleaning, repair, or certification; masonry work; refractory rebuilds; structural ventilation; permits; and code or safety certification are outside GrillTech's direct service scope.
What if I smell propane or suspect a leak?
Stop using the equipment and contact emergency services, the gas utility, propane supplier, property manager, or properly licensed help as appropriate. For carbon monoxide alarms, active fire, uncontrolled smoke, or immediate danger, leave the area if needed and use emergency or properly licensed help first. GrillTech can review service after the immediate issue is handled.
What is your service warranty?
Cleaning, tune-up, adjustment, and maintenance concerns must be reported within 7 calendar days of service completion. Repair labor is covered by a 30-day limited workmanship warranty for the specific completed repair. Parts warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer or supplier. Warranty terms do not create a safety certification, code clearance, guarantee of future operation, or manufacturer-authorized warranty status.
Do you work on all grill brands?
GrillTech services many commercial and residential grill, outdoor appliance, and cooking equipment brands. Brand and model fit depends on the exact equipment, parts availability, site access, scope, safety, and any warranty or authorized-service limitations. Send the model and photos so GrillTech can confirm fit before scheduling.
