Good service for shared spaces.

A rental home and a community of shared grills need different plans. We start with your equipment, usage, access and approval process.

Common-area maintenance

Care for apartment, condo, HOA and club grills, including accessible cleaning, ignition and performance concerns, observable condition issues and accepted repairs.

Rental guest readiness

Turnover-friendly equipment checks help identify cleanliness, ignition, performance and observable safety concerns before the next stay. Photos and notes keep off-site owners informed.

One-time or recurring care

Begin with the current condition and priorities, then agree on one visit or an appropriate service cadence. Repair recommendations and work beyond the approved scope come back to you for authorization.

Your equipment. Your operating needs.

For property managers, rental owners, community associations, hospitality properties, venues, pool clubs and shared outdoor kitchens across MetroWest. Vineyard visits are by arrangement.

  • Apartment & condo amenities
  • HOA & community grill areas
  • Airbnb & managed rental homes
  • Pool clubs & country clubs
  • Venue outdoor kitchens
  • Multi-grill property portfolios
  • Seasonal startup & shutdown
  • Photos & service notes

Service is scoped to accepted equipment and access. Observations are not a code inspection or safety certification. Pizza/solid-fuel equipment work excludes chimney/flue services, masonry, refractory rebuilds and structural ventilation. Licensed trades can be coordinated for permanent utilities or permits.

A few useful answers

Before we visit.

What is the best first step?

Send the property name, town, equipment count, photos if available, target window and the best contact for access and approvals. GrillTech will recommend an appropriate next step after review.

Can visits fit around turnovers or amenity closures?

Tell us the operating window and any guest or resident restrictions. We review availability before agreeing on a service window; a request does not reserve it.

Who approves repairs?

The owner or an authorized property contact approves the agreed scope. We explain findings, parts needs and proposed additional work before proceeding beyond that authorization.

What do the service reports include?

Photos, service notes, findings and recommendations for the equipment serviced. You can use these records to follow up on repairs and keep the appropriate property contacts informed.

Can you maintain the restaurant kitchen too?

Commercial cooking equipment is a separate service path. Send its equipment list and requirements for technician review alongside your outdoor-equipment needs.
