A cleaner grill. A clearer plan.

Tell us what needs attention. We review the equipment and proposed work with you before anything is scheduled.

Cleaning & seasonal care

Accessible cooking surfaces, grease collection, loose buildup, and operating condition receive attention appropriate to your equipment. Seasonal startup and shutdown work is scoped to how you use and store it.

Diagnosis & repair

Ignition trouble, uneven heat, worn components, or a grill that will not light? We assess the cause and explain repair options, parts needs, and whether further work makes sense.

Outdoor kitchen support

Built-ins and new setups need more than a quick wipe-down. We help with equipment-side setup, replacement, and coordination with your builder, landscaper, or licensed trades when needed.

More than gas grills.

Send the model and a few photos so we can confirm the equipment, condition, and access. Built-ins and complex equipment receive an individual review.

  • Gas & built-in grills
  • Charcoal & kamado grills
  • Solid-fuel grills & smokers
  • Flat-top griddles
  • Residential / outdoor pizza ovens
  • Fire pits & patio heaters
  • Residential cooking appliances
  • Outdoor kitchen equipment

Pizza ovens and complex solid-fuel equipment receive equipment-side service only. Chimney/flue inspection, cleaning, repair or certification; masonry; refractory rebuilds; structural ventilation; permits; and code or safety certification are excluded.

A few useful answers

Before we visit.

What should I send with my request?

Your town, the equipment model if available, an overall photo, a close-up of the concern, and a short description. Photos are optional, and you can follow up by email or text if an upload is difficult.

Is my older grill worth repairing?

That depends on its condition, the fault, and parts availability. GrillTech explains the findings and proposed work so you can decide whether to proceed. A request does not guarantee repair feasibility.

Do you service charcoal and kamado grills?

Yes, after reviewing the equipment and condition. Cleaning and replaceable-component work are equipment-side; masonry, refractory rebuilds and chimney/flue work are not included.

Do you provide warranty service?

We service equipment across brands and provide authorized warranty service for the six brands shown on our homepage, subject to product, coverage, territory and dispatch. Manufacturer training alone is not warranty authorization.

Where do you travel?

We are based in Framingham and serve MetroWest and surrounding communities after review. Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket visits are by arrangement, with travel and timing confirmed before scheduling.
