Service reports with photos

Island service, thoughtfully arranged.

A little planning helps make the visit useful. We review the equipment, site access, and proposed service window together.

Homes & outdoor kitchens

Cleaning, diagnosis, and accepted repairs for grills and outdoor cooking equipment. Share the model and condition so we can plan for the work rather than guess when we arrive.

Rentals & shared properties

Coordinate around guest changes, owner visits, or amenity closures. Equipment counts, an authorized site contact, and access instructions help us scope a useful visit.

A clear route plan

Availability depends on accepted work and travel arrangements. Proposed timing, travel, parts needs, and any follow-up visit are discussed before a schedule is confirmed.

What needs attention?

Start with your island town, equipment details, photos if available, and target window. Commercial kitchen requests are also welcome for equipment-side review.

  • Grill cleaning & maintenance
  • Ignition & heat concerns
  • Replaceable equipment components
  • Built-in outdoor kitchens
  • Rental & common-area grills
  • Smokers & griddles
  • Accepted outdoor pizza equipment
  • Commercial cooking equipment

Based in Framingham, not a walk-in island office. Island availability is by arrangement, not a promise of year-round or emergency coverage. Pizza and solid-fuel work excludes chimney/flue work, masonry, refractory rebuilds, structural ventilation, permits, and code or safety certification.

A few useful answers

Before we visit.

Are you based on the Vineyard?

GrillTech is based in Framingham and provides island service by arrangement. We do not advertise a staffed Vineyard office or a walk-in location.

Can I book a specific day or year-round service?

Send your preferred window. We review current availability, the equipment, and travel before confirming a date. An inquiry does not reserve an appointment or guarantee year-round availability.

I manage the property from off-island. What do you need?

An equipment list, photos if available, a site contact or agreed access arrangement, and confirmation of who can approve the work. We provide photos and service notes after the visit.

How are travel and return visits handled?

Travel is discussed as part of the quote. If parts or further work are needed, we explain the proposed next step and obtain approval before committing to additional work or a return visit.

Can you look at restaurant equipment too?

Yes, commercial cooking equipment can be reviewed for accepted equipment-side service. Send the equipment list, symptoms, site requirements and operating window. This is not an emergency-dispatch promise.
